SPHS ADVISORY COMMITTEE IS SEEKING:

Chairperson

• Creates the quarterly agenda based on community input.
• Manages email.
• Finalizes EOYR report
• Leads the quarterly meetings.

Vice Chairperson

• Serves in the absence of Chairperson.
• Attend four yearly meetings.

Secretary

• Serves in the absence of Chairperson & Vice Chairperson.
• Takes minutes at each of the four yearly meetings.
• Responsible for drafting the EOYR and official correspondences.
